Points to Note when Living in a Dormitory
- Residents cannot change their current accommodation or dormitory after moving in.
- Please submit a STUDENT DORMITORY NOTIFICATION OF COMMENCEMENT OF RESIDENCE within one week of moving in.
- Please pay the dormitory fee by the specified date.
- Please lock your room and entrance.
- Please keep common spaces tidy.
- Please separate combustible garbage, non-burnable garbage, recyclable garbage, and bottles properly and put them out on the designated day.
- When disposing of food waste, be sure to tie the bag tightly to prevent odors and juices from leaking and to prevent wild animals from approaching.
- Please be quiet at night.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the dormitory and grounds.
- Please park your bicycle in the on-site bicycle parking lot.
- Please dispose of bicycles that are no longer needed by yourself.
- It is prohibited to allow visitors to stay in the dormitory. Also, visitors must leave the dormitory by 10pm.
- If it snows, please cooperate in removing the snow.
