KAINS ID and How to Connect KAINS-WiFi

KAINS ID is one of the IDs issued by the Emerging Media Initiative.

You will need this ID when using networks such as KAINS-WiFi (Wireless Access Point on campus) and KAINS-PC (PCs in the lecture room and shared PC).

To obtain a KAIND ID, you will need to log in with your Kanazawa University ID and password.

PCs with Internet Access on Campus

  • PCs in libraries
  • PCs in Emerging Media Initiative
  • PCs in General Education Hall Lounge
  • Shared PCs in each college or graduate school

When using the Internet on campus, you need to observe the rules of the university. If inappropriate use is discovered, necessary measures will be taken, including banning of use or disciplinary action.
